Right here! <g> PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: For any purchases outside of the Las Vegas area, you will need either PayPal or a credit card. Purchases in the Las Vegas area can be handled in person. Items that require shipping will occur within 3 business days of a cleared payment unless the item needs to be custom made. Payment on custom items will not be required until AFTER I have made the item and sent a photo to the purchaser for approval. Then payment will be required within 3 business days and shipping will occur within 2 business days of a cleared payment. Every item will be shipped in a secure padded envelope and I will provide shipping notification and a delivery confirmation number as soon as your purchase has shipped.
RETURN POLICY: Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. I will repair or replace anything broken at no charge or refund the purchase price minus shipping charges if any. If the purchase needs to be resized, I will also do so at no charge. However, if it is a custom made item, is sized correctly, in perfect condition and photo approved, then any requested changes will be made at a cost to be determined by the changes.
All you have to do is e-mail your request to lorelilee@aol.com and tell me what you'd like. If you want a necklace longer or shorter, need a bracelet or anklet made larger or smaller, different clasp, different colors, I can often do it. I am also open to various other requests. For example, I've recently made an anklet into a necklace and changed 4mm beads into 8mm beads. The possibilities are endless, so feel free to indulge yourself and ask me for what you'd like. Once you've made your request, I'll confirm what you're looking for and price it out for you before making it. Please note, each custom item is priced based on what is requested. If the request changes, then the price will change. Once I have it laid out, I'll send a picture for approval and then finish the piece. At no time in this process are you required to pay for it, unless it requires a purchase of raw material and then you will only be billed for the raw materials.
